They are one of only four recruitment companies who are supplying directly to Qatar Rail on this $37 billion Qatar Rail Program which includes Doha Metro, Lusail LRT, Major Stations and Passenger and Freight Lines. They are supplying staff with in Project Controls, Construction Management and Project Management areas. To secure this appointment they went through a rigorous tendering process against recruitment companies globally to work on this project and were selected due to their rail and metro expertise across a global footprint. These projects due to his complexity and size, requires internationally experienced rail professionals who have worked on multi billion dollar new rail projects and have successfully placed 5 Project Controls Managers in the last few months with the company. With access through their global offices in Australia, Canada, US, UK, Spain, South Africa and UAE they are able to support the recruitment efforts on this project.

Abu Dhabi 2030 Transportation Plan - Abu Dhabi Metro (PMC Team - Fluor)
For this project TRS have been the management agency for PMC Fluor since the project started in 2010. They have been the sole recruitment provider on this project from the start up phase through the design stage and now the pre-construction stage before actual construction starts next year. The rail professionals required for this project have had to be extremely senior We have successfully placed 10-15 year plus rail professionals with in Systems Engineering (Systems Assurance Manager, Design Manager, Requirements Managers, Interface / Integration Manager), Project Controls (Risk Manager, Project Control Managers, Planners), QA/QC, Stakeholder Managers, Project Directors and Senior Contracts Managers.

Mecca Metro (Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro) - KSA (Consultant - Atkins)

Atkins were awarded the project management and electrical and mechanical systems part of the project and TRS have supplied a large no of engineering personal for the systems engineering team of Atkins. From the Systems Engineers with in Power, Comms, Signalling and Depot specialists right up to the Systems Engineering Manager and Project Managers.

Al Suffouh Tram - UAE (Contractor - Alstom)
Alstom are leading the first tramway turnkey project in the Gulf Region in Al Suffouh Tram, and TRS have been involved in the project since it got its final go ahead late 2011, the positions TRS have successfully filled have been with in Rail Engineering (track, power, signalling/comms), HSE, QA/QC, Schedulers, and Construction Management.
